My thoughts interrupted me today - with ideas for art works and the contents of my closet. So iv spent the afternoon looking at the trees outside my window, and eating pink ice cream on the balcony :) i needed that.
Like Emily Dickinson says, "there is no frigate like a book, to take you miles away"
- a frigate is a ship with the connotation of discovery, exploration and adventure. To me it means that dreaming (which may of course often be as a result of a book) takes you so much further than reality.
I'm doing IB, therefore dont have all the time in the world to blog. But because i cant be stopped, i figured id share with you all the nerdy, useless facts im learning in school:) And yes, fuck it, i intend to sound completely stuck-up and clever :P

Spoonerism
Deliberate reversal of two words initial consonants for a humorous effect.
The term comes from reverend R. A. Spooner - an Oxford warden who innicently switched initial consonants of specific phrases.
e.g. Shoving Leopards and Loving Sheopards
... coolest litterary device ever! :D
